Lowongan Area Field Engineer
Basic Purpose:


• This position will be based in Jakarta with routine visit to Onshore field,
• Provide Engineering support, guidance and assistance to the Onshore Operation Team matters relate to facilities and operability issues, with a strong emphasis on value adding activities and risk minimization,
• Responsible to provide innovation for plant production optimization,
• Responsible to monitor plant performance,
• Responsible to provide daily technical assistance and support the oil/gas plant (and pipeline) operation,
• Responsible to review/study actual condition field using heat & material balance simulator and pipeline simulator.
Requirements:
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 6 years of process design and implementation experience in oil and gas facilities or petrochemical plant, mainly in gas conditioning and processing. Field experience in gas or petrochemical plant is an advantage,
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a working knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a general understanding of other discipline activities,
• Demonstrated ability in the use of process engineering tools including HYSIS, PIPESIM, and equipment rating programs,
• Well developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills, including root cause failure analysis,
• Basics of Design, Process Design & Safety System Design,
• Basic knowledge of process chemistry, including chemical treatment,
• Process Safety Management,
• Process Simulators and Computer Models,
• SAP experience or similar computer based system,
• Well developed PC skills including the use of all MS products,
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill,
• Strong team player with proactive approach to decision making process,
• Ability to work under diverse cultures and nationality,
• Ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage a contractor from a position of influence,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language,

Lowongan Operations Supervisor
Basic Purpose:
Reports to Operations Superintendent. Responsible for the overall Field Operation activities to meet company core value, ensure safely and environmentally manner and also to optimize Gas plant availability at all times.
Responsibility:
The Supervisor will take accountability in supporting Superintendent in achieving safe operation and sustainable excellent operations which are including:
1. Safety
2. Operation
• Support Field and Board Operator in day-to-day operation and trouble shoot,
• Owning and managing production and maintaining plant KPI such as DOE,
• Interface between other function such as Engineering, Maintenance, Planning & Scheduling which not limited to PMO, MOC, RCM,
• Act as an auditor for day to day activities by checking and evaluating snapshot plant process parameter and performance,
• Monitor and control gas well operations, ensure that all producing wells are well maintained, safe guard and take an efficient remedial actions to eliminate down time,
• Responsible for the waste management of the field operations to minimize operational impact to the environment.
3. People/Organization
Requirements:
• University Degree or Polytechnic or AKAMIGAS graduate or equivalent, good computer applications skill, having good English both in writing, reporting and verbal communication,
• Minimum 10-15 years experiences in high pressure gas field and complex gas plant operations and maintenance,
• Strong personality, good attitude, good initiative, having sense of ownership, hard working, good leadership, mature, has a capability to appraise, counsel and discipline subordinates and good model for subordinates, good initiative, having sense of ownership to achieve safe & excellence operation integrity,
• Being familiar with HSEMS, SSP, PTW, MOC and A&OI.
Lowongan Production Operation Engineer (F-LNG)
Basic Purpose:
• Conduct multi-phase flow calculations for operating philosophy and plan,
• FEED participation ensuring practical operations, maintenance and lifecycle costing considerations,
• Production operation philosophy and plan.
Requirements:
• University degree in petroleum or chemical engineering,
• Minimum 5-8 years in production engineering or production operations, oil/gas, LNG Plant,
• Experience with fluid flow calculations in pipes,
• Familiar with subsea production systems,
• English literacy.

Gas Marketing Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Being an integral part of the Gas Marketing Team, the Gas Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the implementation of monetizing COPI s un-contracted gas, starting from assessment of markets and potential gas buyers up to execution of the Gas Sales Agreements. The Gas Marketing Coordinator will be a single point of contact for coordination for all relevant functional groups that are required to close the gas sales agreements so as to ensure they are in compliance with Corporate and Government Regulations.
The Gas Marketing Coordinator will:


1. Conduct market study and strategy work
2. Identify and screen high and doable value markets and creditworthiness buyers.
3. Liaise with BPMIGAS Functional groups to obtain support and approval in targeting such markets and potential buyers.
4. Prepare term sheets and conduct commercial negotiation with the prospective and screened buyers.
5. Secure COPI Internal and Partners approvals in every stage of the negotiation process.
6. Coordinate and facilitate the participation of relevant function groups in ConocoPhillips Indonesia and International as well as Government to ensure that all terms negotiated comply with COPI s Corporate and Government guidelines.
7. Secure the necessary approvals from Corporate, Partners and Government agencies for signing the final form of the Gas Sales Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies
Ideal candidates should possess the following competencies:
1. In depth knowledge of the Indonesian and ASEAN gas related industries.
2. Must be able to travel within the respective gas markets domestically and aboard.
3. Posses good negotiating skill and able to create added value ethically to projects
4. Posses a good understanding of gas contracts and related agreements.
5. Have the ability to working with partners, government groups and the gas end-users
6. Posses a good understanding of gas reserves, project economics, payment security options, gas production operations, pipeline gas transportations
Ideal candidates should possess the following personal attributes:
1. A self starter, creative, calm under pressure, and is resistant to aggressive negotiating tactics.
2. Comfortable working with ambiguous and incomplete information.
3. Good active listening and questioning skills with ability to differentiate logical and emotional arguments.
4. Good at working independently or with peers in small high performing teams.
5. Have the ability to manage complex issues and focus on priorities
6. Willing to work as a team member in collaboration with other functions teams.
7. Good relationship with internal peers at COPI and other COP Offices.
Desired Experience Level
- BSc in Engineering required
- MSc in Business preferred
- Min 5 years related experience in oil & gas industry.
