* The assessor should ascertain what duties have to be carried duty from the working platform.
* He should assure himself that scaffold is properly constructed, that is the right type for the planned duty, that it is the correct height, width and length and that the working platforms are correctly positioned.

Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring / analyzing the plant performance, developing / implementing plant improvements and advanced troubleshooting of plant issues. The candidate also should assist Technical Advisor in day to day activities in order to optimize the unit performance while maintaining all EQUATE Environmental, Health and Safety standards.

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in technical services/operation of Ethylene Plant

8) Reliability Engineer - Job ID (Sofo 005)

Responsibilities
Function independently as a Reliability Engineer for one or more production units with an objective of meeting business plan and strategy by applying Reliability Principles to minimize losses.
Apply suitable reliability tools to continuously improve performance of the plant to make it more reliable and profitable.

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a petrochemical industry with at least 5 years in the field of reliability improvement or maintenance.
• Should possess hands on experience at the leveraging level on various modules of SAP, Weibull analysis, Root Cause / Failure Analysis, FMEA, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance budgeting.

9) Process Engineer - Ethylene Oxide/Glycol - Job ID (Sofo 006)

Responsibilities
Responsible for performance Improvement and trouble shooting of plant problems.

Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Min 8 years experience in technical services/operations of Ethylene Oxide/Glycol plant

Responsibilities encompassed include but not be limited to the following:

Field Management

* Plan and staff a team of qualified & motivated operation, production and maintenance personnel for the field operation.

Pre-requisites:
Min S1 degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
At least 15 years of relevant hands-on engineering exposure in the oil & gas OR EPC industry
A resourceful and self driven team player with strong leadership, coordination and organisation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skill

2. HSE Manager

Responsibilities encompassed include but not be limited to the following:

* Build, develop and coordinate the Company's HSE and Quality Management Systems on both project and operation.
* Formalization of HSE and Quality Control Procedures including: HSE activity quality plans, activity lists, schedules, budgets, audit, etc.
* Continue the introduction and development of processes and procedures
* Prepare routine HSE Quality control reports.
* Develop Company HSE Strategies and Standardization across all operations.
* ensure that all appropriate HSE features are incorporated into the design to minimize the potential for hazardous events or environmental impacts
* Create and promote an HSE-aware culture in the company.
* Represent the company on HSE issues when needed.
* Timely reporting of activities and data to the authorities as required by relevant regulations.
* Provide support to Operations team to help them achieve HSE performance targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HSE (environment study) or Oil & Gas related subjects.
Min. of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas project HSE Quality Control matters.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Strong business focus
Good Command in English - speaking & writing
